This morning Im happy to say that Im not writing to you from cloudy, dreary
Central New York, but instead Im in sunny Orlando, FL for the 4AM Anti-Aging
Medical Conference!

Our company is proud to be teaming up with the Salerno Center for Complementary
Medicine for this exciting event.

And since the theme of this conference is slowing down the aging process, I
thought I would write about that very subject today. Everywhere you look you
see evidence of the fact that people want to look and feel younger!

There is a variety of products designed to erase years off your appearance like
facial creams, age-defying makeup, skin toner, hair dye, teeth whitening strips
and volume-creating shampoos and hair products.

And if you want to get into the more invasive (and expensive) youth-preserving
options you can look at things like Botox, chemical peels, rejuvenation or the
favorite of many Hollywood celebrities

Facelifts!

Now, theres nothing wrong with wanting to appear younger!  But the problem is
that most people are SO focused on looking younger from the outside that they
forget about the #1 most important factor that will dictate whether you will get
carded at the liquor store at age 40 or have Boy Scouts offering to help you cross
the road instead

Your insides!

Thats right.

How healthy your body is on the inside is a HUGE indicator of your appearance on the
outside.

And the more attention you pay to making yourself attractive on the inside, the more
youthful and radiant you will appear on the outside!

Here are the 3 biggest bangs for your buck that will help S L O W down that
biological clock for you and help you look your absolute BEST!

1)      Quit Smoking

Nothing will destroy your skin and age you faster than smoking--NOTHING.

Experts say smoking accelerates the normal aging process of your skin, contributing to
wrinkles.  These skin changes can occur after only 10 years of smoking and are IRREVERSIBLE.

I saw this in action first hand.  I ran into a woman at a party that I knew from my early
adulthood who was once beautiful and vibrant.  Unfortunately she was a smoker when I knew
her and continued to smoke for the past 20 years or so since we lost touch.

I can honestly say that I barely recognized her and she looked 20 years older than she
isas a matter of fact, someone else at the party who knew her thought she was her mother.

Smoking causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin.  This
impairs blood flow to the skin, robbing it of oxygen and important nutrients, such as
vitamin A.

Smoking also damages collagen and elastin - the fibers that give your skin its strength and
elasticity.  As a result, your skin begins to sag and wrinkle prematurely.

It isnt necessary to quit cold turkey if you feel thats not right for you.  There are
loads of other stop smoking aids and programs out there, so pick the one that is right for
you and do it NOW.

No more excuses.

2)      Move Your Butt

There's no denying it--if you want anything that resembles a measure of health (and to avoid
looking older than your years), you MUST move your body.

Engaging in a regular exercise routine that facilitates better, more supportive muscle tone will
help you firm up sagging skin from your neck down.

Patricia Farris, MD, a dermatologist in Metairie, LA says, "I am religious about strength-training,
and I always tell patients to do it more as they get older.  It's like adding volume to the face
with fillers, except on your body."

Now, before you panic or start with your excuses, exercise doesn't have to mean joining a club or
investing in expensive equipment.

For example, there are a lot of great DVDs out there.  I was inspired to start my karate training
after doing Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo for 4 years in my living room.

P90X and Insanity are also intense workouts (but not for the faint of heart!).

Yoga is excellent and there are classes offered everywhere you turn.

There are also free weights which are relatively inexpensive, plus running or walking is basically
cost-free (except for good shoes).

Just get your doctors OK (especially if you havent exercised in a while) and MOVEyoull LOVE the
results!

3)       Eat For A Younger Appearance

The foods you eat make a HUGE difference in your appearance.

As a matter of fact, there are certain foods that add years to your face and certain others that can
help turn back time!

Lets take a closer look at both of these.

1-      3 Foods That Age You

Flour and Sugar-based Foods (aka Refined Carbs)

Flour and sugar-based foods (refined carbs) such as pasta, breads, bagels, cereals, crackers, muffins,
and other baked goods can cause a tremendous influx of sugar in your bloodstream.

Sugar is an very inflammatory substanceso if your veins are loaded with it day in and day out, to a
level thats far above what you need for energy, you are asking inflammation to take its toll on YOU.

And that can come out as things like aches and pains, arthritis, tumors, high blood pressure,
atherosclerosis and wrinkles!

Corn-based Foods

These include things like corn chips, corn cereals, corn oil, and also the biggest health-wrecking corn
substance of all--high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)!

Like the refined carbs above, corn-based foods also have a big impact on your blood sugar levels and
therefore can increase inflammation and accelerate aging.

But it gets worse.

Because scientists have found out that the fructose in HFCS (as compared to regular glucose) causes 10x
more formation of compounds called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEsappropriate acronym)!

AGEs speed up the aging process in your body including damage to your organs, your joints, and of course,
wrinkled skin.

And considering that HFCS is ALL around us (in ketchup, salad dressing, barbecue sauce and the biggest
offenderSODA) many people are getting a daily dose of accelerated aging on a plate or in a glass.

Foods That Contain Trans-fats

Trans-fats are a poison to your body.  They spur the formation of free radicals and basically make your
arteries resemble French fries, as well as accelerate premature agingso youre practically guaranteed to
look old before your time.

What makes them even more dangerous is that they're not from Nature, so you don't have the enzymes to break
them down.  That means they're VERY tough for your body to eliminate and have free reign inside of you.

Plus once you ingest them, they reproduce by the billions, causing what chemists have called a "free radical
cascade."

Trans-fats are found in processed foods, fast food and baked goods of ALL kinds.

The good news is they're easy to spot--any time you see a food label that says hydrogenated or partially
hydrogenated oil or shortening, avoid it like the plague.  It's loaded with trans-fats.

Now lets look at the flip side

2-      6 Foods That Keep You Looking Younger

Wild Alaskan Salmon

Wild Alaskan salmon is one of the best sources of Omega-3 essential fatty acids in the world, helping to
reverse the chronically imbalanced Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratios that many people have.

Omega-3 EFAs are essential for heart and brain health, circulation, memory and control of blood sugar.
They're also a natural anti-inflammatory and help to fight inflammation-related conditions such as arthritis
and fibromyalgia.

Salmon also is a great source of protein, potassium, vitamin B12, niacin and the anti-cancer trace mineral
selenium (which has been shown to help reduce breast cancer risk).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil is very high in phenols, which are potent antioxidants. It is also a heart-healthy
monounsaturated fat that helps improve your HDL/LDL cholesterol ratio.

Studies of a Mediterranean-type diet have shown that consumption of olive oil is associated with a reduction
in mortality of people with heart disease as well as lowering blood pressure.

Research also shows that olive oil may help protect against colon cancer and bowel cancer.  You can use it in
salad dressings and it's a great choice for cooking too.

Almonds

Almonds are an excellent source of monounsaturated fat, which not only helps lower cholesterol but is
associated with lower levels of heart disease and cancer, as well as longer life spans.

Almonds also contain protein, fiber and calcium, as well as phosphorus, vitamin E and magnesium. And since they
contain no carbohydrates, they're perfect for diabetics.

Blueberries

Blueberries are both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and help to fight and prevent major serious diseases
including Parkinson's, cancer, heart disease, diabetes and arthritis.

Beneficial plant compounds in blueberries called polyphenols help strengthen memory and slow or prevent the
decreased coordination and balance associated with advancing age.

They can also help lower blood cholesterol, encourage urinary health and protect against glaucoma and cataracts.

Red Wine

Moderate consumption of red wine (1-2 glasses per day) not only helps reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, but
red wine also has one of the highest phenol contents of any food or drink.

Phenols are food for the beneficial bacteria (probiotics) in your gut, which can keep your immune system strong
to help fight diseases like cancer.

Now remember that any form of alcohol in excess is NOT good for your health, so strive to keep it red and keep
it moderate.

And the favorite of many people (including yours truly):

Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate and dark cocoa powder are excellent sources of probiotic-nourishing dietary phenols. (This is not
true of milk chocolate because its processing decreases the phenol content.)

The higher the cocoa content, the higher the phenols.

Cocoa is also rich in flavanols that help preserve the health of your blood vessels. Maintaining healthy, elastic
blood vessels lowers your risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and dementia.

Now, this is not an invitation to make Godiva, Lindt, Nestle's and Hershey's your 4 new food groups... but an
occasional treat of a nice piece of dark chocolate will make your tongue dance AND help fight the effects of
aging.

Get It Together

Now remember that its not only important to know what to eat, but also what to eat TOGETHER. THAT'S the ticket
to real lasting health and slowing down the effects of aging.

The manuals in the Great Taste No Pain Digestive Health System will show you everything you need to know.

http://www.12path.com/gtnp/blg0521/

The manual "What To Eat With What" spells out exactly what you should have with your favorite foods to help keep
digestion smooth and efficient.

"Foods That Create Acid, Foods That Take It Away" explains the dangers of excess acid wastes in your body and how
they contribute to rapid aging and disease, as well as shows you which foods are acid-forming vs. alkaline.

And the GTNP recipe book is loaded with spectacular yet easy to prepare dishes (including great recipes using the
keep-you-young foods above).

Even MORE Anti-Aging Help

The typical modern hard-to-digest diet has also resulted in many people having loads of harmful bacteria overgrowth
in their intestines (dysbiosis)--which hampers the immune system and makes your gut wall leaky; as well as
diminished their ability to produce adequate digestive enzymes--which destroys digestion.

Nothing can make you feel (and look) old faster than repeated sicknesses from a weak immune system and a leaky gut, as well as heartburn, gas, bloating and constipation from poor digestion!

But you can help restore these crucial balances in your body and start feeling better than you have in YEARS.

Find a multi-strain probiotic formula to take as it will give your body a healthy dose of the friendly bacteria it
needs so you can have a stronger gut wall and a sharpened immune system.

While no one can completely stop the biological clock, you can help slow it WAAAY down--at ANY age.

Experience the anti-aging power of quitting smoking, regular exercise, eating the right foods (and avoiding the wrong ones!) and having better digestion.

You'll likely look (and feel) better than you have in YEARS.
