Ingredients
2 c cooked cubed chicken
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped carrots
1 chopped large green pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 small onion, diced
6 cut up sun dried tomatoes
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c slivered almonds
8 oz fettucine cooked al dente
Directions
1. ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
2. Saute celery, carrots, green pepper, garlic and onion
in 1 T olive oil for about 5 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the almonds.
Mix well. Place in a 9X13 casserole dish sprayed with
non-stick vegetable spray.
4. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
degrees until bubbly.
Serve with a tossed salad.
